Oct. 18…The LYON County Fiscal Court meets Thursday at 9 a.m. at the Lyon County Courthouse. This meeting is rescheduled from Oct. 11.

Oct. 18…Caldwell County Hospital EXERCISE FOR SENIORS will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday in the hospital basement.

Oct. 18…The FREDONIA CLOTHES CLOSET is open Thursdays from 1-3 p.m. at the Fredonia First Baptist Church Family Life Center. (Old Fredonia School, use double door entrance at the back of the building.) Any person in need of clothing is welcome. However, the clothes closet is not accepting clothing at this time.
