Monday…

Feb. 4…The Class of 1965 will meet on Monday at the Majestic House at 6 p.m. All class members, spouses, friends and children are welcome.

Feb. 4…Living Hope Pregnancy Care Ministry offers a PARENTING/PREGNANCY CLASS each Mon­day from 6:15-7:30 p.m. at the Mary Jane Jones Com­­munity Building at 108 W. Green St. Persons who want more in­formation can call Tajuana Davis at 388-0861.

Tuesday…

Feb. 5…Caldwell County Hospital EXERCISE FOR SEN­IORS will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday in the hospital basement. The activity is free.

Feb. 5…Princeton Ro­ta­ry Club meets Tuesday at 11:45 a.m. at the Majestic House.

Feb. 5…The Princeton Business and Profes­sion­al Women's Club will meet Tuesday at 6 p.m. at The Majestic House Restaurant for the club's 62nd birthday. The meeting is open to the public.

Feb. 5…A FEEDING BY PRODUCTS is the topic for the Adult Agriculture Class to be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays at the Trigg/Lyon Fire Department on Rockcastle Road.

Wednesday…

Feb. 6…The Princeton Kiwanis Club meets Wed­nes­day at noon at the Majestic House Restaurant.

Thursday…

Feb. 7…Caldwell County Hospital EXERCISE FOR SEN­IORS will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday in the hospital basement. The activity is free.

Feb. 7…The FREDONIA CLOTHES CLOSET is open Thursdays from 1-3 p.m. at the Fre­donia First Baptist Church Family Life Center. (Old Fre­donia School, use double door entrance at the back of the building.) Any person in need of clothing is welcome. However, the clothes closet is not accepting clothing at this time.

Feb. 7…The Caldwell County Free Clinic opens at 5 p.m. Thursday in the basement of Central Pres­by­terian Church.

Feb. 7…The Caldwell County HISTORICAL SOCIETY will meet Thursday at 7 p.m. at the George Coon Library. Guest speaker Rick Morgan will present a talk about Dr. R.R. Morgan’s diary.

Plan ahead…

Feb. 8…The Wetheads Swimming Group of Trover Fitness Center will meet at 11:30 a.m. at Pagliai's Res­taurant. All interested are invited to attend. Paul and Ellen Cockerham will be hosting the meeting.

Feb. 9…Princeton Eastern Star Chapter #315 will hold Sweetheart Night on Saturday at 7 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge Hall. Coffee and dessert will be served. All Masons of Clinton Lodge #82 are invited to attend.

Through Feb. 10…ADSMORE’S ATTIC is the exhibit theme at Adsmore Museum through Sunday, Feb. 10. The exhibit features family items dating from the 1800s through the 1980s — from the days of the horse and buggy to the space age. The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 1:30 to 4 p.m. The museum, Carriage Shop and Rat­liff Gun Shop are located at 304 N. Jefferson St.

Feb. 11…PRIVATE PESTICIDE APPLICATOR TRAIN-ING will be held Monday at the Caldwell County Extension Office. Trainings are scheduled for 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. Persons who want more information can contact Shane Bogle at the Extension Office at 365-2787.

Feb. 11…The Caldwell County Class of 1988 reunion planning meeting is scheduled Monday at 6 p.m. at La Potosina’s. Anyone in the class interested in being a part of the planning committee is welcome.

Feb. 13…Mike Todd, vice president of operations for Hydro-Gear, will be the guest speaker at a joint meeting of civic clubs and organizations in the community on Wednesday. The meeting, coordinated by the Princeton-Caldwell County Chamber of Com­merce, will be at the Princeton Golf and Country Club and is open to the general public. Feb. 14…A VALENTINE DINNER AND DANCE is planned by the Caldwell County High School Jazz Band on Thursday at 6 p.m. at the CCHS cafeteria. Tickets are $13 for singles and $25 for couples with sales ending Feb. 8.

Feb. 16…The Fredonia Valley Heritage Society’s 1st annual GENEALOGY SEMINAR is planned on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Family Life Center of Fredonia First Baptist Church.

Feb. 19…The CCHS Class of 1967 will meet Tues­day at 5:30 p.m. at Pagliai’s Restaurant for the purpose of beginning this year’s reunion plans. All members are welcome to attend.

Feb. 19…The Princeton Animal League will meet Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the George Coon Public Library. Guest speaker will be County Attorney Bridgie Miller. All are invited to attend.

March 14…The Caldwell County High School Choral Department will present the 17th Annual Musical be-ginning March 14. This year's musical will be, "Disney's High School Musical" and will feature a cast of talented youngsters. Show dates are: Friday, March 14, at 7 p.m.; Saturday, March 15, at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.; and Sunday, March 16, at 2 p.m. if tickets sell out of the other 3 shows. Tickets will go on sale in February.
