Tanner Byarly recently spent time in Georgia training with World Enduro ISDE and GNCC champion Shane Watts.

Byarly successfully completed the Dirtwise School with distinction. With the aid of his instructors, Watts and Cole Calkins (another pro off-road racer), Byarly polished up on his fundamentals of correct riding techniques, then mastered advanced off-road situations like gnarly log crossings, rough terrain, river crossings and grass track corners.

Byarly currently is riding the Mid-South Hare Scramble Series where he is second in the 250B class. He started his season with major bike issues and raced the first eight events on three different bikes.

In the Mid-South Series, Byarly mounts his bike and rides two-plus hours through the woods, pitting only for a quick refuel.

He is preparing for the GNCC where he will ride his bike in extremely rough terrain for greater than three hours with refuel pit stopping only.
