Oct. 11…A HAM RADIO CLASS will be presented by the Princeton Ham Radio Club on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Caldwell County EMS Building. A test for technician license will be given at 4 p.m.
Oct. 11…COME TOGETHER DAY is planned Saturday from 3 to 5 p.m. in Dotson Park. The event is hosted by the Community Disciples, who will be grilling hamburgers and hot dogs with other refreshments available.
••If any person is MISSING A PET, contact the local ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER at 365-4652 or the CHRISTIAN COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER (887-4175). Volunteers and foster families are being recruited to assist the program locally. Staffed by volunteers, the Caldwell County Animal Rescue facility, located between Food Giant and the ball fields on Cadiz Road, is open each Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4-6 p.m.
