Frankie Utterback Devers, 93, of Princeton, died Friday, June 26, 2009, at 11:30 p.m. at Christian Care Center in Kuttawa, following a short illness.

A retired factory worker where she was a folder, member of Murray Christian Church and longtime member of the Order of the Eastern Star, she was born Dec. 29, 1915, in Bath County, a daughter of the late Leslie Dee and Rosa Conley Utterback.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Devers.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Sheri Devers of Benton; a daughter, Ballarie Devers of Princeton; a granddaughter, Shannon Devers of Atlanta, Ga.; a brother, Lacy Craycraft of Frankfort; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services for Mrs. Devers were conducted Monday, June 29, at 1 p.m. at White Sulphur Cemetery with Bro. Bill Gross officiating.

Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton was in charge of arrangements.
