Georgia Ford, 56, of Princeton, died Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at 11:52 p.m., at Regional Medical Center, following a long illness.
A homemaker and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Princeton, she was born Oct. 21, 1952, in Madisonville, a daughter of the late George Henry Ford and Mary Lois Wiles Ford Wyatt.
She was preceded in death by a bother, Glenn “Spiderman” Ford.
Survivors include a son, Brent Franklin Gibson of Princeton; a daughter, Crisy Machelle LaPradd of Dawson Springs; three grandchildren, Breanna Nicole Gibson, Lucas Trevor LaPradd and Heath Douglas LaPradd; a brother, Roy Ford of Princeton, a sister, Ruby Hensley of Caldwell County; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, June 2, at 1:30 p.m. at Dalton Cemetery in Hopkins County with the Rev. Gary Critzer and the Rev. Roger Felker officiating.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Morgan’s Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
