Harry Verneial Easley, 87, of Princeton, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2018, at Princeton Health and Rehab.
A son of the late Lourenzia Alfred Easley and Minnie Latisha Underdown Easley, he was a retired heavy equipment operator and cosmetologist. He was a member of the American Legion for over 50 years and was a member of the VFW, Sullivan chapter for over 40 years. He was a member of Shepherds Chapel, was a Kentucky Colonel, and member of the Masonic Lodge #276 and the Sons of the Revolution. He was a United States Air Force veteran.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Ann Easley.
Survivors include two daughters, LaNell Easley Bell and husband David of Cadiz, and Kaye Easley Burgess and husband Rod of Higganum, Conn.; a son, Gregory Dale Easley Roberts and wife Gloria of Sheperdville; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Bonnie Hartley of Hermitage, Tenn., Lula Gilmore of Hendersonville, Tenn., Lucy Tedrick of Marion, and Wanda Ditty of Columbus, Ohio; and a brother, Willard Easley of Marion.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, Nov. 10, at 11:30 a.m. at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Marion, with the Rev. Tom Easley officiating.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton.
