Capps/Littlefield families hold reunion

The Capps/Littlefield families recently held the annual reunion on Saturday, Aug. 3, at the Lion's Club building in Fredonia. The Capps reunion has been held annually since 1996. Due to many being related from the Capps and Littlefield families, the two reunions have been combined. Fellowship and a potluck meal was enjoyed by all.

Those attending from the local area included Mary Capps Cartwright, Ricky Cartwright, Debbie Littlefield Watson and Jeff Watson, Doris Morse Hughes, Cindy Kruse, Thelma Purdy, Kimberly and Jeremy Haberlock, Kendra Cartwright, Debbie Cartwright, Timmy Cartwright, Dianne Littlefield Young and Tony Young, Chase Young, Patrick, Jerilynn, Margaret and Henry Young, Chancie Jo Young McIntosh, Oralee McIntosh. MaryAnn Brennan Baker, Olivia Baker, Tige, Sophie and Amelia Littlefield, Rosetta Capps Littlefield, Janet Winstead, Shelia Cartwright Brennan, Joey Littlefield, Brandy Holloman, Owen and Shirley Morse, Johnathan Winstead and Hunter, Ray Purdy, Kimberly Hughes Ford, Talon and Landon Ford, Clay (Michael) and Melissa Hughes, Mary Ann and Olivia Baker, Dennis and Lisa Hughes. Traveling the longest distance to attend the reunion were Lewis Capps, Pat Capps and Elizabeth Capps, from Indiana.

The reunion is held the first Saturday of August each year.
