The Caldwell County Grand Jury was in session on Oct. 1, returning 13 felony indictments and one no true bill.

• Kyam Jacob Wethington, 21, of Princeton, was indicted on charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, more than two grams — methamphetamine, first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license; possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle; and failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, first offense. Charges stem from an incident on or about May 25.

• Kaylob J. Meeks, 25, of Hopkinsville, was indicted on first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, more than two grams — methamphetamine, first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license; possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle; and failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, first offense. Charges stem from an incident on or about Aug. 11.

• Timothy J. Daniel, 29, of Princeton, was indicted on four counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree criminal mischief and attempted theft by unlawful taking, $10,000 or more. Charges stem from an incident on or between Aug. 8 and Aug. 10.

• Joshua L. Sights, 31, of Henderson, was indicted on first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment, second-degree fleeing or evading police, reckless driving, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, first offense, driving on a DUI suspended license, first offense, and speeding. Charges stem from an incident on or about Aug. 5.

• Cortney E. Davis, 20, of Princeton, was indicted on theft by unlawful taking, $10,000 or more — auto, two counts of first-degree criminal mischief, violating graves, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and theft by unlawful taking, $1,000 or more, amended from $500 or more, two counts of failure to notify owner of damage to unattended vehicle were no true billed. Charges stem from an incident on or about July 4.

• Preston L. Nichols, 19, of Princeton, was indicted on third-degree criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, theft by unlawful taking under $500, third-degree assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges stem from an incident on or about Aug. 17.

• Demetrius Lorenzo Hollowell, 52, of was indicted on first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, more than two grams methamphetamine, first offense, amended from subsequent offense, trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree, less than two grams methamphetamine, first offense, amended from subsequent offense, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, — Suboxone, third-degree possession of a controlled substance — Gabapentin, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree more than two grams methamphetamine, first offense, amended from subsequent offense, and first-degree persistent felony offender, amended from persistent felony offense. Charges stem from an incident on or about July 8 and July 29.

• Donald R. Adams, 47, of Princeton, and Shannon Burton, 37, of Princeton, were indicted on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree more than two grams methamphetamine, first offense by complicity. Charges stem from an incident on or about Jan. 26.

• Donald R. Adams, 47 of Princeton, and Kyron Cain, 36, of Princeton, were indicted on trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree more than two grams methamphetamine, first offense by complicity. Cain was also indicted on first-degree persistent felony offender. Charges stem from an incident on or about Feb. 24.

The cases regarding Robert Baker, Austin Beshear, James Felkins, Audreanna Swetland, Laken Calloway, Joseph Crawley, Jonathon Deloach, James Gilford, Eric Hollowell, Warren Luetke, Jennifer McGregor, Ronnie Mitchell, Malik and Karli Ritter were continued to the next meeting of the Caldwell County Grand Jury.
