A Caldwell County grand jury was in session Dec. 3, and returned 19 felony indictments, and two no true bills.

Jury action on Dec. 3 included:

• James Neal Gilford, 54, of Dawson Springs, was indicted on second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. The charge stems from an incident on or about July 26. A summons was issued.

• Jennifer J. McGregor, 49, of Princeton, was indicted on first degree possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance, third degree — Gabapentin; controlled substance prescription not in original container, first offense; attempted theft by unlawful taking under $500; and public intoxication. The charges stem from an incident on or about May 30. She was released on her own recognizance.

• Malik Ratcliff, 25, of Earlington, was indicted on asssault, second degree; and wanton endangerment, first degree, three counts. Charges stem from an incident on or about March 30, 2020. District Court bond of $1,500 was posted.

• James P’Pool, 33, of Cadiz, was indicted on theft by unlawful taking, $10,000 or more — auto. The charge stems from an incident on or about April 4. District court bond of $500 surety was posted.

• Cody A. Collins, 27, of Cadiz, was indicted (direct submission) on three counts of wanton endangerment, first degree. The charges stem from an incident on or about Sept. 9.

• William Heath McCann, 42, of Princeton, was indicted on careless driving; no/expired registration plates/ failure of owner to maintain required insurance, first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance, first degree — methamphetamine. The charges stem from an incident on or about Sept. 3. He was released on his own recognizance.

• Warren C. Luetke, 49, of Ledbetter, was indicted on charges of careless driving; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, more than two grams of methamphetamine, first offense with firearm enhancement. The charges stem from an incident on or about June 15. District Court bond of $5,000 cash was posted.

• Michael C. Brewer, 34, of Princeton was indicted on DUI, first offense; possession of marijuana; possession of a controlled substance, first degree — methamphetamine; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges stem from an incident on or about June 7. He was released on his own recognizance.

• Eric D. Hollowell, 42, of Princeton, was indicted on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, more than four grams Cocaine, first offense; possession of marijuana; persistent felony offender, first degree. Charges stem from an incident on or about Aug. 4. District Court Bond was set at $10,000 cash, and he is out on bail credit.

• Shannon M. Pruit, 44, of Princeton, was indicted on charges of criminal trespassing, third degree; possession of a controlled substance, first degree — methamphetamine; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges stem from an incident on or about Sept. 21. District Court bond of $1,000 surety was posted.

• Donald R. Adams, 47, of Princeton, was indicted on a charge of trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, more than two grams methamphetamine, first offense. The charge stems from an incident on or about sept. 23. District Court bond was set at $25,000 cash. He is in the Caldwell County Jail.

• Patrick J. Woodruff, 26, of Princeton, was indicted on a charge of first degree wanton endangerment. The charge stems from an incident on or about Sept. 28. District Court bond of $5,000 surety was posted.

• Janet L. Jones, 50, of Princeton, was indicted on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, more than two grams methamphetamine, first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, more than 10 D.U. Hydrocodone, first offense; and first degree persistent felony offender. Charges stem from an incident on or about Oct. 28. District Court bond was set at $15,000 cash. She is in the Caldwell County Jail.

• Tamara L. Dennis, 26, of unknown address, and Jacob A. Rittenhouse, 31, of unknown address, were indicted on all charges except 17 counts of criminal posession, which were no true billed with those charges dismissed. Charges were trafficking in stolen identities by complicity; trafficking in financial information by complicity; criminal possession of a forged instrument, second degree by complicity (23 counts). Dennis was also indicted on theft of identity. District Court bond was set at $25,000 cash for both defendants, and they are in the Caldwell County jail. Charges stem from an incident on or about Oct. 13.

• Austin Feltner, 23, of Princeton, Autumn L. Hardrick, 23, of Princeton, and Caleb L. Teer, 23, of Princeton, were indicted on possession of a controlled substance, first degree methamphetamine by complicity. Feltner was also indicted on failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, first offense, and Teer was indicted on failure of owner to maintain required insurance, first offense, possession of mariuana; possession of drug paraphernalia,; and failure to report a traffic accident. Charges stem from an incident on or about Sept. 7. Feltner was cited to court; Hardrick was released on his own recognizance; and Teer had bond set at $2,500 surety. Teer is out on bail credit.

• Austin S. Feltner, 23, of Princeton, was indicted on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, less than two grams methamphetamine, first offense; and second degree persistent felony offender. District Court bond was set at $10,000 cash and he is in the Caldwell County jail. Charges stem from an incident on or about Sept. 7.

• Austin Chandler Watkins, 24, of Marion, was indicted on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, less than two grams methamphetamine, first offense; trafficking in a conttolled substance, second degree less than 20 D.U., first offense; and first degree persistent felony offender. Charges stem from an incident on or about Aug. 18. A warrant was issued with a $10,000 bond.

• David Louard Oliver Jr., 37, of Princeton, was indicted on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, less than two grams methamphetamine first offense; trafficking in marijuana, less than eight ounces, first offense; and second degree persistent felony offender. District Court bond was set at $15,000 cash and he is in the Caldwell County jail. Charges stem from an incident on or about Sept. 29.

• Laken M. Calloway, 33, of Princeton, was indicted on charges of public intoxication; first degree wanton endangerment; and first degree persistent felony offender. District Court bond was set at $1,500 surety and was posted. Charges stem from an incident on or about July 29.

• Jason A. McGregor, 28, of Princeton, was indicted in two cases on charges of theft by unlawful taking $10,000 or more — auto; and persistend felony offender, second degree; speeding; fleeing or evading police, first degree; wanton endangerment, first degree (two counts); reckless driving; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license; and second degree persistent felony offender. Charges stem from an incident on or about Oct. 10. District Court bond was set at $20,000 in each case. He is in the Crittenden County jail.

• Austin J. Beshear, 28, of Princeton, James R. Felkins, 30, of Princeton, and Audreanna V. Swetland, 26, of Princeton, were indicted on a charge of receiving stolen property $10,000 or more by complicity. Felkins was also indicted on operating with an expired license. District Court bond was set at $5,000 surety for Beshear and was posted; $5,000 cash for Felkins and he is out on bail credit; and $5,000 for Swetland with 10% possted. Charges stem from an incident on or about June 18.

• Robert H. Hogan, 44, of Princeton, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance, first degree — methamphetamine, and possession of marijuana. Charges stem from an incident on or about July 23. He was released on his own recognizance.
