Evidence seized

Shown is evidence seized on Cadiz Road, Princeton, when Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputy Jeremy Kolba conducted a routine traffic stop at Red Hill Road and Blue Springs. Deja Murphy, 20, of Princeton, was arrested and lodged in the Caldwell County jail on charges including trafficking marijuana and drug parapheranlia, buy/possess.

Caldwell County Sheriff’s report

• On Aug. 21, at 1:13 a.m., Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputy Jeremy Kolba served and arrested Eric Allen, 29, of Sandlick Rd., Princeton, on a Caldwell County Distrct Court warrant for contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order. Allen was lodged in the Caldwell County jail.

• On Aug. 21, at 10:50 a.m., Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputy Coleman Dixon served and arrested Ryan Renner, 27, of Brookcliff St., Marion, on a Crittenden County District Court warant for assault, fourth degree (domestic violence), minor injury. Renner was lodged in the Caldwell County jail.

• On Aug. 21, at 8:54 p.m., while patrolling the area on Cadiz Rd., Caldwell Cpounty Sheriff’s Deputy Jeremy Kolba observed a vehicle with one headlight illuminated. As the vehicle passed Deputy Kolba the headlights went on bright and remained so. The Deputy turned around and conducted a traffic stop at Red Hill Road and Blue Springs. Upon further investigation, Deputy Kolba charged Deja Murphy, 20, of Noel Dr., Cadiz, with one headlight, failure to dim headlights, license to be in possession, operating a vehicle with expired operator’s license, tampering with physical evidence, trafficking in marijuana (8 ounces to 5 pounds), first offense (enhancement) and drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Murphy was lodged in the Caldwell County jail.

• On Aug. 22, at 3:45 p.m., while on routine patrol Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputy Jeremy Kolba observed a vehicle traveling west on Hwy. 62 W. passing vehicles in the median and conducted a traffic stop. Upon conducting further investigation, Deputy Kolba charged Jeremy Wynn, 36, of Dawson Rd., Princeton, with imporper passing, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, first offense, and license to be in possession. Wynn was lodged in the Caldwell County jail.
