While on patrol Sept. 26, at 2:50 p.m., Deputy Evan Head observed a vehicle traveling on Main Street, with the knowledge the driver has a suspended driver’s license. Head confirmed the driver had not has his license reinstate, and conducted a traffic stop. Steven Sloyan, 29, of Princeton, was arrested and charged with operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, possession of marijuana, and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, first offense. Sloyan was also served a Caldwell County District Court warrant for failure to pay court costs, fees or fines. He was lodged in the Caldwell County jail.

On Sept. 27, at 4:14 p.m., Deputy Evan Head served and arrested Maranda Driver, 30, of an unknown address, on a Lyon County District Court warrant. Driver was served on failure to appear on a charge of theft by unlawful taking under $500. Driver was lodged in the Caldwell County jail.

Also, on Sept. 27, Deputy Evan Head served and arrested Vincent Wood, 31, of Hickman, on a Livingston County District Court warrant. Wood was served on failure to appear on a charge of criminal littering and improper use of dealer tags. Wood was lodged in the Caldwell County jail.

On Sept. 29, at 3:15 p.m., Deputy Jeremy Kolba served and arrested Theresa Japczyk, 52, of Donadlson Road, on a Muhlenberg County District Court warrant. Japczyk was served on nonpayment of court costs, fees or fines on a charge of possession of marijuana. She was lodged in the Caldwell County jail.
