On May 24, at 7:46 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the intersection of Scottsburg and Sandlick roads regarding a collision where one subject was reported to have left the scene after forcing another vehicle off the roadway. Upon arriving, locating the vehicle and conducting an investigation, Deputy Evan Head charged and arrested Daniel Ward, 32, of Princeton, on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, failure to render aid or assistance; possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense, methamphetamine; failure to wear a seat belt; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance; and resisting arrest. Ward was lodged in the Caldwell County jail. Deputy Head was assisted on scene by Deputy Chad Hawkins.

On May 25, at approximately 3:19 a.m., deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Webster Road in reference to a domestic assault. Upon arriving at the scene and following an investigation, Deputy Evan Head arrested Jana Mauldin, 41, and Mickey Morse, 71, both of Princeton, and charged them with fourth degree assault with minor injury. Both Mauldin and Morse were lodged in the Caldwell County jail. Deputy Head was assisted on scene by Deputy Chad Hawkins.

On May 25, at approximately 2:17 p.m., Deputy Jeremy Kolba served and arrested Timothy Prow, 42, of Clay, on a Webster County Circuit Court warrant. Prow was served for violation of supervision and was lodged in the Caldwell County jail.

On May 25, at 2:37 p.m., Caldwell County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the area of Donaldson Road in reference to a domestic situation. Upon arriving at the scene and conducting an investigation, Deputy Jason Kirk charged a female juvenile with assault, fourth degree (domestic violence) minor injury. The juvenile was transported by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office to McCracken County Juvenile Detention Center.
