CALENDAR OF EVENTS
• May 27, at 10 a.m., annual Cemetery Meeting at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, located on Hwy. 902.
• May 29, Memorial Day service at Shady Grove Cemetery, 11 a.m., with lunch at Shady Grove barn following the service. Perry Newcom, judge-executive, music provided by Lacey Duncan and Kayla Mayfield; taps by Clay Stevens will conclude the service. Everyone is welcome.
• June 3, TVA-Land Between the Lakes Employee Reunion at Fenton Pavilion. Potluck meal served at 5 p.m. BBQ and bun, drinks, plates, and utensils provided.
• June 5, 6, 7, the George Coon Public Library will have a paperback book sale. Times are 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. June 5; 9 a.m.-7 p.m. June 6; and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. June 7.
• June 5, at 5:30 p.m., at City Hall, Princeton City Council meets.
• June 13, at 9 a.m., at the courthouse, Caldwell County Fiscal Court meets.
• June 19, at 7 p.m., Butler Auditorium, the Caldwell County Board of Education meets.
• June 19, at 7 p.m., Fredonia City Hall, Fredonia City Council meets.
