Fourteen defendants entered a guilty plea in Caldwell County Circuit Court on Friday, Feb. 10.
Guilty pleas• Robert H. Butler entered a guilty plea and had sentencing set for April 4, on charges of three counts of criminal littering, two counts of third-degree criminal trespassing, three counts of illegal take/pursue deer/wild turkey, cultivation of marijuana, five or more plants, trafficking in marijuana, drug paraphernalia, buy/possess, and illegal taking migratory bird.
• Patrick S. Adams entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to 45 days on a charge of possession of marijuana, three years each on counts of first-degree possession of methamphetamine and convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
• Jess B. Fitzgerald entered a guilty plea and had unsupervised probation granted on a charge of resisting arrest. A charge of complicity to second-degree burglary was dismissed.
• Kelsey R. Ford entered a guilty plea and was granted unsupervised probation on second-degree attempted escape, amended from second-degree escape, second-degree disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Charges of complicity to second-degree burglary and violation of conditions of release were dismissed.
• Bryan Harris entered a guilty plea and was set for sentencing March 7 on fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with minor injury, and first-degree wanton endangerment, amended from first-degree strangulation.
• Jonathan N. Millikan entered a guilty plea and was set for sentencing March 7 on theft of motor vehicle registration plate/renewal decal.
• Ronnie Mitchell entered a guilty plea and was set for sentencing May 2 on first-degree possession of methamphetamine, first-degree possession of opiate, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified, license to be in possession, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, no/expired registration plates, and failure to wear seat belts.
• Danielle L. Sherrill entered a guilty plea and was continued to May 2 on charges of theft of identity of another without consent, giving officer false identifying information, possession of marijuana, and first-degree persistent felony offender.
• Casey Allen Bennett entered a guilty plea and had sentencing set for April 4 on a charge of convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
• Matthew R. Crowe entered a guilty plea, waived PSI and was sentenced to 30 days on public intoxication on a controlled substance excluding alcohol, 30 days on possession of marijuana, three years on first-degree possession of methamphetamine, 12 months on drug paraphernalia, buy/possess, and four years on failure to comply with sex offender registration. Charges of criminal littering and first-degree persistent felony offender were dismissed.
• Hunter Levi Hallum entered a guilty plea and had probation granted on charges of driving on a DUI suspended license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, no/expired registration plates, first-degree promoting contraband, first-degree possession of methamphetamine, and operating a motor vehicle/motorcycle function without ignition interlock device.
• Vickie J. Jolley entered a guilty plea and had sentencing set for April 4 on complicity to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended from possession of methamphetamine, and complicity to drug paraphernalia, buy/possess.

Cooper was sentenced in two cases to five years on convicted felon in possession of a firearm, three years on first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, 90 days on failure of owner to maintain required insurance, security, five years on first-degree trafficking in methamphetamine, and 45 days on possession of marijuana, to run consecutive for a total of 10 years.
• Leslie Todd Emry was sentenced to five years on first-degree fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle, and five years on complicity to first-degree trafficking in methamphetamine.
• Autumn Epperson revoked probation and was sentenced to one year and six months.
Deferred sentencing revoked
• Brandon Bourland revoked deferred sentencing and was set for sentencing March 7 on no/expired registration plates and first-degree possession of methamphetamine.

• Joshua M.
