The Caldwell County Grand Jury met Dec. 3 and returned 17 felony indictments, one misdemeanor indictment and two no true bills.

Ruthanne Pool Baker, 54, of Princeton, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance, first degree, methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. A warrant was issued with a $2,500 cash bond.

Cheri Lynn Shaw, 46, of Eddyville, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance, first degree, oxycodone; possession of drug paraphernalia and controlled substance prescription not on original container, first offense. A summons was issued.

Scott J. Falder, 37, of Princeton, was indicted on the charge of burglary, third degree. A summons was issued.

Thomas F. Milstead, 73, of Princeton, was indicted on the charge of driving while suspended for DUI, third offense. A summons was issued.

Amanda M. Kennedy, 32, of Kuttawa, was indicted on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance, first degree, methamphetamine. A summons was issued.

Michael Edward Sims, 40, of Princeton, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance, first degree, hydrocodone and controlled substance prescription not in original container, first offense. A warrant was issued with a $2,500 cash bond.

Jason A. Bomia, 21, of Marion, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance, first degree, methamphetamine; controlled substance prescription not in original container, first offense and possession of a controlled substance, first degree, percocet. A summons was issued.

Ronnie D. Allen, 46, of Bremen, was indicted on charges of fleeing or evading police, first degree; resisting arrest; wanton endangerment, first degree; DUI, second offense (aggravating circumstances); criminal mischief, third degree; possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle; possession of drug paraphernalia; trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree < two grams methamphetamine, first offense; trafficking, first offense; trafficking in synthetic drugs, first offense; wanton endangerment, first degree and persistent felony offender, first degree. A warrant was issued with a $15,000 cash bond.

Austin Gibson, 33, of Madisonville, was indicted on the charge of theft by unlawful taking $500 or more. A summons was issued.

Lori Jo Blades, 48, of Benton, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance, first degree, morphine; possession of a controlled substance, first degree, oxycodone; illegal possession of a legend drug and possession of a controlled substance, second degree, buprenorphine. A warrant was issued with a $5,000 cash bond.

Austin C. Watkins, 22, address unknown, was indicted on charges of criminal possession of a forged instrument, first degree and persistent felony offender, second degree. A warrant was issued with a $5,000 cash bond.

Kara D. LeGrand, 27, address unknown, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance, first degree, methamphetamine and escape, second degree. A warrant was issued with a $5,000 cash bond.

Eladio Castaneda, 38, of Marion, was indicted on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree > two grams methamphetamine - subsequent offense (two counts); possession of drug paraphernalia and persistent felony offender, second degree. A warrant was issued with a $15,000 cash bond.

Micheal E. Sims, 40, of Princeton, was indicted on the charge of trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree < two grams methamphetamine, first offense. A warrant was issued with a $2,500 cash bond.

Alexis Marie Gillespie, 20, address unknown, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance, first degree, methamphetamine; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, first degree, MDMA/ecstasy. A warrant was issued with a $5,000 cash bond.

Charles E. Riley, 42, of Princeton, was indicted on charges of cultivation of marijuana, five > plants, first offense; trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree > two grams methamphetamine - subsequent offense and persistent felony offender, first degree. A warrant was issued with a $15,000 cash bond.

David Louard Oliver, Jr, 35, of Princeton, was indicted on charges of trafficking in marijuana < eight oz., first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance, first degree, methamphetamine and promoting contraband, first degree. A warrant was issued with a $5,000 cash bond.
