Dec. 16:

At 7:51 p.m., Deputy Keith Suits arrested Deborah Jenkins, 44, on a Caldwell County District Court bench warrant for contempt of court, libel/slander and resistance to order. Jenkins was lodged in Caldwell County Jail.

At 10:03 p.m., Deputy Keith Suits arrested Celeste Rustin, 43, on a Caldwell County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation of a felony offense. Rustin was lodged in Caldwell County Jail.

Dec. 17:

At 8:37 p.m., Deputy Kenneth Vincent arrested Dustin Kincer, 38, on a Graves County Court complaint warrant for theft by unlawful taking or disposition $500 or more but under $10,000. Kincer was lodged in Caldwell County Jail.

Princeton Police

Dec. 14:

At 4:26 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance in the 900 block of Varmint Trace Road. Officers said they observed Jennifer McGregor, 47, and Rueben Martinez, 59, arguing. Officers said they were under the influence of alcohol. McGregor was taken into custody and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. Martinez was also arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, third-degree terroristic threatening, resisting arrest and dog at large.

Dec. 17:

At 12:35 p.m., officers arrested Bryce A. Vilt, 29, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging him with probation violation (felony offense) and failure to appear.

At 9 p.m., an investigation into a non-injury collision resulted in the arrest of a Princeton man wanted in Maryland. Emmanuel D. Hicks, 26, was arrested after a license check revealed a warrant for robbery, assault, and theft from Montgomery County, Maryland. Hicks was lodged in Caldwell County Jail on a charge of fugitive from another state.
