Princeton Police:

Oct. 15:

7:29 a.m. Officers arrested Deanna S. Riley, 48, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging her with probation violation (felony offense).

2:56 p.m. Officers responded to a residence in the 500 block of North Donnivan with probation and parole officers to perform a home visit. When officers arrived they located Charles E. Riley, 42, and Alexis M. Gillespie, 20. Gillespie was arrested on a Lyon County bench warrant for a probation violation. She was allegedly found in possession of drugs and paraphernalia. She was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second offense, (methamphetamine); possession of marijuana; drug paraphernalia buying/possession; and first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense.

Police said Riley consented to a search of the residence which revealed marijuana plants in the drying process and approximately 2.1 grams of methamphetamine. He was arrested and charged with cultivating marijuana (five plants or more), first offense; and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second or greater offense (greater than or equal to 2 grams methamphetamine).

Oct. 16:

11:55 a.m. Officers arrested Tremayne A. Phillips, 28, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging him with failure to appear.

3:32 p.m. Officers arrested Mischelle L. Murphy, 47, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging her with failure to appear.

6:52 p.m. Officers responded to a vehicle off the roadway in a ditch on East Young Street. Officers located the vehicle and detected an odor of alcoholic beverages when they approached. The driver David Johnson, 67, Cadiz, failed field sobriety tests and was taken into custody. He was charged with DUI, first offense.

Oct. 17:

2:34 p.m. Officers arrested Susan J. Wilson, 28, of Eddyville, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging her with failure to appear.
