Oct. 28:

8:30 a.m. Officers responded to a theft complaint at Circle K on South Jefferson. Employees told officers that a wallet was taken from the counter Oct. 26. Surveillance led officers to charge Holly A. McClelland, 42, and Samuel T. Ventura, 49, with theft of property mislaid.

11:22 a.m. Officers assisted probation and parole officers at a residence in the 800 block of Old Madisonville Road. Officers arrested Scotty T. Brown, 23, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Officers also arrested Robyn Duff, 28, on Caldwell and Lyon County bench warrants charging her with failure to appear and contempt of court. She was also charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, and drug paraphernalia buy/possess.

3:06 p.m. Officers assisted probation and parole officers at a residence on Linton Way. During a search of the residence a firearm was located. Officers arrested Carrie A. Harmon, 46, charging her with possession of a handgun by convicted felon.

Oct. 31

4:18 a.m. Officers responded to a complaint of an irate male making threats at Treehouse Foods on 62 West. Officers made contact with Ronald E. Rustin, 66. He was taken to Caldwell County Medical for evaluation and cited to court on charges of second-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault, and third-degree terroristic threatening.

8:21 a.m. Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle at the West Side Condos on Linton Way. Officers located the vehicle and made contact with David L. Oliver Jr., 35. Officers said they observed marijuana in the vehicle and took Oliver into custody. A search of the vehicle revealed more marijuana, scales and baggies, officers said. Oliver was charged with trafficking in marijuana and drug paraphernalia buy/possess. A search when he was booked at the jail reportedly revealed methamphetamine. He was subsequently charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, (methamphetamine) and first-degree promoting contraband.

Oct. 28

At 8:38 p.m., Deputy Jeremy Kolba arrested Ashley Webster, 31, on a Logan County bench warrant. Webster was booked into Caldwell County Jail.

Oct. 31

At 9:48 p.m., Deputy Kenneth Vincent conducted a traffic stop on South Jefferson Street. Upon further investigation, Osheana Oliver, 27, was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended/revoked driver's license and driving with one headlight. Oliver was booked into Caldwell County Jail.

Nov. 1

At 10:06 p.m., Deputy Jeremy Kolba conducted a traffic stop near Northside Baptist church. Upon further investigation, Shawn Stallins, 38, was arrested on a McCracken County bench warrant. Upon searching the subject, Mr. Stallins was also charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with physical evidence. Stallins was booked into Caldwell County Jail.
