Caldwell County Sheriff's Office:

Nov. 27

At 9:15 p.m., Deputy Keith Suits arrested Osheana Oliver, 27, on suspicion of driving on a suspended/revoked driver's license. Oliver was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.

At 11:43 p.m., Deputy Kenneth Vincent arrested Samuel Cruz, 24, on a McCracken County bench warrant for failure to appear. Cruz was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.


At 4:29 p.m., Deputy Kenneth Vincent said he witnessed a driver operating a vehicle with no seat belt and conducted a traffic stop on Marion Road. Colin Brasher, 24, was arrested and charged with failure to wear seat belt, no registration plates, no registration receipt and failure of non-owner/operator to maintain required insurance, first offense. Brasher was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.

Princeton Police


At 8:59 a.m, officers arrested Katrina N. Richardson, 21, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging her with failure to appear.

At 9:51 a.m., officers responded to a complaint of a suspicious female in the 200 block of North Harrison Street. Officers located Rachel M. Tucker, 24, who they said was under the influence of intoxicants. She was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.


At 7:27 p.m., officers were notified of a non-specific threat of a school shooting made in an online game. Officers and detectives began investigating and were able to identify a suspect. A 15-year-old juvenile, who is currently enrolled in the Caldwell County School System, was taken into custody on a charge of second-degree terroristic threatening and lodged at the McCracken Regional Juvenile Detention Facility.
