A Princeton woman was injured last week in a two-vehicle crash downtown.

According to a report from the Princeton Police Department, Vicky L. Newton, 66, was hurt Jan. 28 when the vehicle she was riding in struck another car while attempting to make a turn onto another street. Police Chief Chris King said the driver, April L. Grayum, 50, of Princeton, was turning from North Jefferson Street onto East Green Street in a 2005 Lincoln when she struck a southbound 2017 Chrysler driven by Maegan C. Flora, 27, of Lafayette, Indiana.

Newton was transported by Caldwell County EMS to Caldwell Medical Center for treatment of her injuries.
