The Princeton Police Department reported the following activity.

• On Jan. 20, at 4:06 p.m., officers arrested Nancy M. Heflin, 23, of Hopkinsville, on a Christian County bench warrant charging her with a bond violation for a felony offense.

• On Jan. 27, at 5:56 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Old Fredonia Road, near Jeff Watson Road, for speeding and erratic driving. Officers made contact with Austin Powell, 27, of Sturgis. Investigation revealed that he was under the influence of intoxicants. With further investigation officer found that Powell was in possession of marijuana, methamphetamine, and paraphernalia. Powell was taken into custody and charged with DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance, first degree , first offense — methamphetamine.

• On Jan. 27, at 9:10 a.m., officers arrested Tiffany D. Wilson, 37, of Princeton on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging her with probation violation for a felony offense.

• On Jan. 27, at 9:31 a.m., officers arrested Larry W. Finch, 28, of Princeton, on two Christian County bench warrants charging him with two counts of contempt of court for child support.

• On Jan. 27, at 12:03 p.m., officers arrested Shannon G. Burton, 26, of Princeton on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging her with probation violation for a felony offense.

• On Jan. 28, at 12:59 p.m., officers served a Trigg County bench warrant at the jail to Heather Cardwell, 34, of Cadiz, charging her with bond violations for a felony offense.

• On Jan. 28, at 3:10 p.m., officers assisted the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force with a drug investigation where they made contact with Tiffany Herndon, 36, and Nicholas Herndon, 30, of Cadiz, in the Food Giant parking lot. Investigation revealed that the couple were trafficking in methamphetamine. The detectives seized approximately 20 grams of methamphetamine and a small quantity of synthetic marijuana. The couple was taken into custody without incident. Tiffany was charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance, first degree — methamphetamine and possession of synthetic drugs. Tiffany was also served a Christian County bench warrant charging her with failure to appear. Nicholas was charged with trafficking in controlled substance, first — methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on suspended license, no tegistration plate, and no insurance, second offense.

• On Jan. 28, at 9:53 p.m., detectives responded to the Caldwell Medical Center in reference to an inmate from the Caldwell County jail who had concealed illegal narcotics within her body. Approximately 24 grams of suspected methamphetamine was recovered. Detectives charged Heather L. Cardwell, 34, of Princeton, with trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, first offense — methamphetamine, and promoting contraband, first degree.

• On Feb. 1, at 10:04 a.m., officers arrested Desarae Stone, 35, of Princeton, on a Lyon County arrest warrant charging her with fraudulent use of a credit card — $500 — $10,000.

• On Feb. 1, at 10:47 a.m., officers arrested Erika N. Owens, 26, of Princeton, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging her with failure to appear.
