Sept. 30. at 8:15 a.m., officers arrested Cortney E. Davis, 21, of Princeton, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging her with probation violation for a felony offense.
Oct. 1, at 1:31 a.m., officers responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence near the 800 block of Mechanic Street. Officers made contact with Christopher M. Seay, 34, of Princeton. Investigation revealed a physical altercation had occurred. Seay was taken into custody and charged with fourth-degree assault — domestic violence.
Oct. 4, at 8:38 a.m., officers responded to a single vehicle rollover collision on Jeff Watson Road. Investigation revealed a 2005 gold Dodge Caravan driven by Laura E. Riley, 41, of Princeton, was traveling south on Jeff Watson Road when she lost control of the vehicle, which left the opposite side of the roadway and struck an embankment with a culvert. The vehicle went airborne and flipped end over end coming to a rest upside down. Princeton Fire Department extricated her, and Caldwell EMS transported her to the Caldwell Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries. She was issued a citation for operating on a suspended license, no insurance and cancelled registration plates.
Oct. 4, at 9:54 a.m., officers responded to a residence near the 100 block of Linton Way for a criminal mischief complaint. Officers were told a domestic dispute that turned physical had occurred earlier in the morning. Record showed there was a domestic violence protection order in place for the parties involved. Joshua E. Pavey, 30, of Princeton, was taken into custody and charged with violation of a Kentucky E.P.O./D.V.O., and fourth degree assault — domestic violence.
