Aug. 27, at 6:00 p.m, detectives from the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force and city officers executed a search warrant at a residence located on the Dawson Road. The search warrant was sought as part of an ongoing narcotics trafficking investigation. Detectives and officers made contact with Micah C. Gray, 41, of Princeton, and execution of the search warrant revealed approximately 1.5 pounds of methamphetamine, a large amount of marijuana, synthetic marijuana, a handgun, several Suboxone strips, scales and vacuum sealers. Further investigation led detectives to request another search warrant for a vehicle that was part of the investigation. Officers located $1,420.00 in cash during the execution of that search warrant. As a result of the investigation, Gray was taken into custody and charged with three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree, 2nd or greater offense over 2 grams methamphetamine; trafficking in controlled substance, first-degree, 2nd or greater offense, over 2 grams methamphetamine, firearm enhanced; trafficking in marijuana — 8 ounces up to five pounds, firearm enhanced; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of synthetic drugs; trafficking in a controlled substance, third-degree, first offense, firearm enhanced; and prescription not in proper container. Gray was out on bond for previous charges of trafficking in methamphetamine and cocaine.

Aug. 30, at 9:45 a.m., officers arrested Georgetta K. Christian, 32, of Bowling Green on a Caldwell County arrest warrant charging her with first-degree criminal mischief. The warrant stems from an investigation of damage to a vehicle that occurred on May 3.

Aug. 30, at 11:10 a.m., officers arrested Lorenze J. Long, 28, of Hopkinsville on a Christian County bench warrant charging him with a probation violation for a felony offense.

Aug. 30, at 11:15 a.m., officers arrested Susan J. Wilson, 30, of Clay, on a Lyon County bench warrant charging her with contempt of court for child support.

Aug. 31, at 3:41 p.m., officers responded to the Probation and Parole Office for a complaint of a male subject attempting to tamper with a drug screen. Officers made contact with James B. Gallagher, 54, of Kuttawa, and investigation revealed that he had arrived at the probation office for a drug screen and attempted to use a sample from a container that he was concealing in his pants. Gallagher was taken into custody and charged with tampering with physical evidence.

Aug. 31, at 5:00 p.m., officers responded to a shoplifting complaint at the Princeton Drug Store. Officers made contact with Sebastian J. Bartee, 18, of Princeton, and investigation revealed that Bartee had left the store without paying for merchandise in the amount of $13.78. He was cited for theft by unlawful taking shoplifting.

Sept. 1, at 6:24 a.m., officers arrested Terry L. Sanderson, 22, of Princeton, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging him with failure to appear.

Sept. 1, at 8:27 a.m., officers served a Caldwell County bench warrant at the jail to Courtney Davis, 21, of Princeton, charging her with a bond violation.

Sept. 1, at 8:43 a.m., officers served a Hopkins County bench warrant at the jail to Zindell R. Lindle, 41, of Madisonville, charging him with failure to appear.

Sept. 1, at 10:41 p.m., officers responded to a complaint of an intoxicated subject walking in the street waving down vehicles on Baker Street. Officers made contact with Terrill L. Lam, 61, of Madisonville, and determined he was under the influence of intoxicants. Lam was also found to be in possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody and charged with alcohol intoxication and possession of marijuana.
