• On March 23, at 8:36 a.m., officers arrested Michael J. Adamson, 50, of Princeton, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging him with contempt of court.

• On March 23, at 11:25 p.m., officers arrested Austin M. Stevens, 23, of Princeton, on a Hopkins County bench warrant charging him with contempt of court.

• On March 24, at 8:39 a.m., officers arrested Cameron D. Malone, 21, of Princeton, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging him with a probation violation for a felony offense. He was also served a McCracken County arrest warrant charging him with fleeing or evading police, second degree, possession of marijuana, receiving solen property (firearm), possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and tampering with physical evidence.

• On March 24, at 10:04 a.m., officers arrested Leslie A. Yeakel, 51, of Princeton, on a Crittenden County bench warrant charging her with contempt of court.

• On March 24, at 10:51 a.m., officers arrested Phillip E. Cale, 37, of Princeton, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• On March 24, at 11:44 a.m., officers arrested Darrin M. Matthews, 21, of Princeton, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• On March 24, at 3:59 p.m., officers arrested Jonathan L Harper, 32, of Princeton, on a Christian County bench warrant charging him with Contempt of Court.

• On March 24, at 11:21 p.m., officers responded to a complaint at the Circle K on South Jefferson Street. The clerk told officers an unknown white male attempted to pass a counterfeit $50. Officers reviewed the video and searched the area. A white male matching the description was located at Lake Street and Varmint Trace Road. When officers approached the suspect he was defiant and ignored orders to stop. He was taken into custody and identified as Jesse D Sowell, 26, of Princeton. He was charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense (methamphetamine), and illegal possession of a legend drug, and attempted theft by deception under $500. He was also served with a Caldwell County bench warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• On March 26, at 5:24 p.m., officers arrested Jerald W. Swetland, 27, of Princeton, on a Trigg County bench warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• On March 27, at 9:42 a.m., officers arrested Andrew E. Burks, 35, of Princeton, on a parole violation warrant issued by the Kentucky Parole Board.

• On March 28, at 11:20 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Baker Street on a white 1994 Chevy pickup for having cancelled registration plates. Officers made contact with Jonathan C. Taylor, 37, of Central City, and investigation revealed that his license was suspended and that there was an active bench warrant. Taylor was taken into custody and charged with operating on a suspended operator’s license, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, and no registration plates. A Crittenden County bench warrant for failure to appear was also served.

• On March 28, at 11:28 p.m., officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Officers made contact with Gregory S. Lofton, 35, of Burna, and Lindsey N. Steward, 35, of Sturgis. Investigation revealed that they had concealed items inside Steward’s purse and also had changed bar codes on several items in attempt to lower the prices. Lofton was taken into custody and charged with theft by unlawful taking — shoplifting under $500.00 and criminal mischief, third degree. Officers also located controlled substances in Steward’s purse while they were recovering concealed merchandise. She was taken into custody and charged with theft by unlawful taking — shoplifting under $500.00, criminal mischief, third degree, possession of controlled substance, third degree, and possession of controlled substance, first degree, first offense.

• On March 31, at 7:42 a.m., officers responded to a two vehicle collision with injuries at the intersection of Hopkinsville Street and East Washington Street. Investigation revealed that John M. Flood, 28, of Princeton, was traveling north on Hopkinsville Street in a maroon 2005 Dodge Durango. He was attempting to turn left onto East Washington and collided with the front driver side of a white 2009 Chrysler 300 traveling south on Hopkinsville Street driven by Laura E. Fox, 55,of Princeton. The airbags deployed on the Chrysler and the driver was extricated by mechanical means and transported to Caldwell County Medical Center for possible injuries. Further investigation revealed that John Flood was under the influence of intoxicants and was also found to be in possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody and charged with DUI, second offense and possession of marijuana.

• On March 31, at 7:16 p.m., officers responded to a complaint of a reckless driver on South Jefferson Street. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the described vehicle on Cadiz Road and made contact with Wes W. Gillespie, 42, of Clarksville, Tennessee. Officers determined that he was under the influence of intoxicants and was also found to be in possession of controlled substances. Gillespie was taken into custody and charged with DUI, third offense, driving on a DUI suspended license, possession of a controlled substance, second degree, and possession of a controlled substance, third degree.

• On April 1, at 2:09 a.m., officers responded to a complaint of an impaired driver at the intersection of West Main Street and Marion Road. Officers made contact with Michael L. Brown, 34, of Clay, and determined that he was under the influence of intoxicants. He was taken into custody and charged with DUI, first offense.
