Nov. 18, at 2:16 p.m., officers arrested Janice M. Cotton, 35, of Princeton, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging her with failure to appear.

Nov. 18, at 10:56 p.m., officers responded to a reckless driver complaint on South Jefferson St. Officers observed the vehicle driving erratically, conducted a traffic stop and made contact with Chelsey D. Young, 23, of Eddyville. Investigation indicated she was under the influence of intoxicants. Young was taken into custody and charged with no insurance, first offense; expired plates; and DUI, first offense with aggravating circumstances.

Nov. 19, at 3:49 p.m., officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Investigation indicated that Kathryn E. Tosh, 41, of Eddyville, had taken merchandise through the self-checkout and failed to pay for eleven items totaling $65.12. Tosh was issued a citation for theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting.

Nov. 21, at 8:02 a.m., officers responded to a residence near the 300 block of Hillview Court for a complaint of an intoxicated person causing a disturbance and trespassing. Officers made contact with Christopher K. Oliver, 27, of Princeton, and determined that he was under the influence of intoxicating substances and was causing a disturbance. Oliver was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespassing, second degree, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, second degree, and menacing.

Nov. 23, at 9:27 a.m., officers arrested Javonte T. Riley, 24, of Princeton, on a Caldwell County bench warrant charging him with contempt of court for failure to complete jail time.
