Princeton Police reported the following activity.
• On Oct. 24, at 7:05 p.m., officers responded to a two vehicle collision at the intersection of West Green and North Donnivan streets. Investigation revealed that Cory Macdonald, 28, of Princeton was traveling north on North Donnivan in a blue 2012 Nissan Altima and he failed to stop at the stop sign at West Green Street. Macdonald struck a green 2008 Jeep Wrangler driven by Barry Fraliex, 56, of Fredonia that was traveling west on West Green Street. The collision caused the Jeep to exit the roadway on the right shoulder colliding with and damaging a section of steps of the Shepard Street Baptist Church. Macdonald and two passengers Ranisha Wilson, 26, and Ronald Wilson, 58, both from Henderson, were all transported to Caldwell County Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.
• On Oct. 25, at 6:40 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of Depot Street for a shots fired complaint. At 6:47 p.m., officers received a call to Dairy Queen for a male subject with a gunshot wound to his leg. Officers made contact with Micah Gray, 40, of Princeton and administered aid until EMS arrived on scene. Gray was transported to Lourdes Hospital and later transported to Vanderbilt Hospital. The investigation revealed that the calls were related. Detectives responded to the scene and the investigation is on-going.
• On Oct. 26, at 7:10 a.m., officers served two arrest warrants and one indictment warrant at the jail to Joseph L. Florentine, 53, of Rock Hill, S.C. The arrest warrants charge him with murder and abuse of corpse. The indictment warrant charges him with murder and abuse of corpse.
• On Oct. 26, at 8:07 p.m., officers arrested Nolan Maskall, 31, of Princeton, on a Lyon County bench warrant charging him with failure to pay.
