It’s that time of year! Calling on all high school students who live in Caldwell County — the Princeton Rotary Club (PRC) will be hosting a virtual speech contest on Tuesday, March 2, at noon.

Students in grades 9 through 12 who attend a public, private, or home school may participate. Information packets are now available. Caldwell County High School’s Guidance Office and the Princeton Homeschool Interact Sponsor have copies, but any interested student can also receive a packet by emailing princetonrotaryclub@gmail.com.

Students will need access to attend the virtual contest by Zoom (a link will be sent to those participating the day prior to the contest).

This year’s theme is “Rotary Opens Opportunities” and speeches should be between 5 and 8 minutes.

If you have questions, email the PRC @ princetonrotaryclub@gmail.com and we’ll be glad to answer!
