The Princeton Police Department reported the following activity.
At 5:55 p.m., June 11, officers responded to Madisonville Street for a male subject asleep on a lawn mower. Officers made contact with Thomas F. Milstead, 74, of Princeton. Investigation revealed that he was under the influence of intoxicants. Milstead was taken into custody and charged with DUI, 3rd offense and possession of marijuana.
1:08 p.m., June 12, officers responded to a disturbance call in the area of the 100 block of Linton Way. Officers made contact with Rueben Martinez, 59, of Princeton and determined that he was under the influence of intoxicants and was trespassed at an earlier date from the property he was found at. Martinez was taken into custody and charged with alcohol intoxication and criminal trespassing, 3rd degree.
At 10:13 p.m. officers served a Caldwell County Indictment Warrant at the jail to Tyler J. Long, 24, of Princeton charging him with trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense methamphetamine and failure to notify address change.
At 10:27 p.m. officers served a Caldwell County Bench Warrant at the jail to Thomas F. Milstead, 74, of Princeton charging him with a bond violation.
At 2:53 p.m., June 13, officers responded to the 400 block of Violet Loop for a domestic complaint. Officers made contact with Robert D. Baker, 30, of Princeton and during the investigation he was shouting obscenities. Officers attempted to get him to calm down. Baker continued shouting and he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, 2nd degree.
At 6:56 p.m., June 13, officers arrested Joshua I. Fowler, 37, of Princeton on a Caldwell County indictment warrant charging him with theft by unlawful taking automobile, Escape 2nd degree, resisting arrest, drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a legend drug, and persistent felony offender 2nd.
