Bentley Lewis Powers, 9, of Princeton, died Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at Caldwell Medical Center.
He is a son of Casie Swan Powers of Princeton, and Richard Powers of Murfreesboro, Tenn.
Survivors in addition to his parents include three sisters, Kaylynn McKinney of Princeton, and Destine Powers and Faithe Powers of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; three brothers, Ian McKinney and Scott Whitsel, both of Princeton, and Edward Powers of Bucksport, Mass.; maternal grandparents, Brenda and Michael Swan of Princeton; paternal grandparents, Richard Powers and Connie Powers, both of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; three aunts, Carrie Melton and husband Brent of Princeton, Devon Mounts and Jeremy McDonald of Smithland, and Amanda Powers of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; two uncles, Eddie Guthrie and wife Mandy, and Brandin and Lauren Powers, all of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; and four cousins, Derek Lane, Ellie Powers, Emeri Powers; and best friend, Bailey Lane.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 13, at 1 p.m. at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton, with Bro. Jim Midkiff officiating.
Burial will follow in Hill Cemetery in Caldwell County.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to the service time Saturday, July 13, at the funeral home.
