Diane Oakley Scott, 73, of Princeton, formally of Cadiz, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2020, at St. Thomas West in Nashville, Tennessee. Diane worked as a Human Resource Manager at Hilltop Nursing Home in Kuttawa. Diane was a member and pianist of Highland Baptist Church in Princeton. Diane loved to spend time with her family and enjoyed to read, traveling and never turned down a shopping trip.
Diane is survived by her husband, Randall Scott Sr. of Princeton; three daughters, Robin Halliday and husband Garry of Gracey, Heather Ward of Princeton, and Whitney Smurawa of Princeton; two step daughters, Kim Calhoun and husband Seldon of Princeton and Pamela Smith and husband Steven of Tiline; stepson, Randall Scott Jr; one sister, Patricia Hall of Louisville; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Diane is preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Kathleen Reddick Hall; husband Bill Oakley; daughter, Elizabeth Oakley; son-in-law Hughy Ward.
Visitation was held at Morgans Funeral Home from 4 p.m to 8 p.m Sunday, September 27, 2020.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Monday, September 28, 2020, at Morgans Funeral Home with Jason Scott and James McKinney officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Springs Cemetery.
