KUTTAWA — Don Earl Feagin, 58, of Kuttawa, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2021, of an apparent heart attack in Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Byron & Lydia Feagin.

He is survived by his three brothers, John Feagin of Texas, Byron (Bud) Feagin and half-brother Mark Feagin; two half-sisters, Brenda and Dee; and best friend and father figure Joe Thompson of Paducah.

There will be no service. A Memorial Service may be planned at a later date.

While living in the Fredonia area he drove a school bus for the Caldwell County School System and was a foster parent for a while. He left those jobs to return to his previous job of driving a semi across the United States. While living in the Good Spring area, he attended the Good Spring Cumberland Presbyterian Church where he played his guitar for the song services. His biggest and most love was for God and then all kinds of fishing. He had lots of fishing stories to share from fly fishing, bass, crappie, cat, and even ice fishing. He loved taking his boat out fishing. My words to sum up Don would be, “he was saved and had a big, big, caring heart.” “Rest in peace until we meet in Heaven.”
