Dorothy B. Menser, 86, of Dawson Springs, died Monday, June 8, 2020, at Princeton Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Born Dec. 23, 1933, in Dawson Springs, she was a daughter of the late Jess Blalock and Nora Jane Darnall Blalock. She was a graduate of Butler High School.

She was preceded in death by six sisters, Louise Blalock Henry, Ruth Oleta Blalock, Mary Blalock Dailey, Rosetta Blalcok Schnabel, Linda Blalock Oliver Fralick, Gladene Blalock; three brothers, William Euen Blalock, Owen Darnall Blalock and Joe Lee Blalock.

Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Kenneth Menser; three daughters, Rosetta (James) Ramsey of Frankfort, Susan Menser of Dawson Springs, Freda (Gary) Thomas of Kuttawa; and five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, June 12, at First Baptist Church in Dawson Springs, and from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Dawson Springs.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the church, with Elder Jeff Winfrey and Rev. Trent Keeton officiating.

Burial will follow in Piney Grove Cemetery near Dawson Springs.
