Frank Arthur Pasteur III, 78, of Lowell, Arkansas, passed away on Nov. 4, 2021, at Mercy Hospital. He was born July 14, 1943, in Princeton, Kentucky the son of Frank Arthur Pasteur II and Chastine Murphy Wall. Frank graduated from Caldwell County High School in 1961, and Austin Peay University, Clarksville, Tennessee. He was a retired band director, a member of Olde Tyme Music and Open Door Baptist in Rogers. Frank loved music and enjoyed life.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Powers Pasteur; his children, Brian Pasteur, Kevin Pasteur, and Heather Price; his brother, Fred Pasteur; 12 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father; his grandmother, Linnie Pasteur of Princeton; and his grandfather, Fredrick Pasteur of Princeton.

A celebration of Frank’s life will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 3, 2021, at Open Door Baptist Church. Interment in the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Princeton, Kentucky at a later date.
