James Dunning, 76, of Princeton, died Saturday, July 6, 2019, at Princeton Health and Rehab Center.
A son of the late Walter and Lena Holloman Dunning, he was a truck driver for the Princeton Hosiery Mill and was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Roosevelt Dunning, Charlee Dunning and Roy Eugene Dunning.
Survivors include two brothers, two stepdaughters, Tammy Hawkins and husband Mark of Bardstown, and Rebecca Mabry of Caldwell County; five grandchildren, Joshua Gordon, Jonathan Mitchell, Andrew Gordon, Jessica Mitchell, Justin Mitchell and Jacob Hawkins; two brothers, Thomas Dunning and Alford Lee Dunning, both of Caldwell County; and a nephew, Tommy Dunning.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 9, at 4 p.m. at Goodman Funeral Home in Princeton.
Burial followed in Meeks Cemetery in Caldwell County.
