Kevin “Smiley” Phillips, 51, of Clarksville, Tennessee, formerly of Shady Grove, died Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at his home.
He was a member of Second Baptist Church in Providence.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Cynthia Waynick Phillips; one daughter, Chanice Phillips of Princeton; two sons, Andrew Wayne Phillips of Illinois and Chaz Michael Anslyn of Princeton; one sister, Alexis James of Marion; one brother, Anthony Phillips of Providence; two granddaughters and two grandchildren due to arrive this summer; and several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Mack and Edith Phillips; maternal grandparents, Homer Adams, Willie Mae and Delmer Jenkins. His parents were Milburn and Willie Sue Phillips.
Funeral services were held Friday, April 23, 2021 at Morgan’s Funeral Home with Fred Harrison officiating.
Burial to follow in Shady Grove Cemetery in Crittenden County.
