Randy Skinner, 62, of Kuttawa, and native of Trigg County, died Thursday, July 4, 2019, at his home.
Born Oct. 14, 1956, in Hopkinsville, he was a son of the late W.C. and Doris Thomas Skinner. He was a 1974 graduate of Trigg County High School and a retired chemical operator from Ashland Chemical, formerly ISP Chemical, in Calvert City. He was owner and operator of Randy’s Chevron in Kuttawa for several years.
He was preceded in death by aunts and uncles, Virginia and Rumsey “Pete” Alexander, Ivy and Ed Rogers and Leslie Edwin Thomas.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Marisa Riley Skinner; a son and daughter-in-law, Kyle and Elizabeth Skinner of Eddyville; a granddaughter, Mary Bryant Skinner; two brothers, Steve Skinner and wife Cynthia of Frankfort, and Bobby (Stephanie Henderson) Skinner of Cadiz; a brother-in-law, Mark (Cindy) Riley of Eddyville; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Monady, July 8, at 2 p.m., at Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz, with the Rev. Mike Boyd and the Rev. Mark Rogers officiating.
Burial followed in East End Cemetery in Cadiz.
