Terry Lynn Bullard, 60, of Hazel, died Friday, Jan. 24, 2020, at Baptist Health in Paducah.
A daughter of Gail and Donald Baldwin of Eddyville, and Edward and Joann Dykes of Marine, Ill., she was a homemaker and member of Glenn’s Chapel United Methodist Church.
Surivors in addition to her parents include her husband, Michael Bullard of Hardin; two daughters, Kaitlyn Bullard (Chris Johnson) of Hazel, and Lisa Bullard of Augusta, Ga.; a son, Luke Bullard of Missouri; six grandchildren, Donavan Johnson, Mauricia Johnson, Nathan Bullard, Angel Bullard, Jon Bullard and Madison Bullard; two sisters, Linda Kallvy of O’Fallon, Ill., and Kathy Elliott (Mike) of Highland, Ill., four brothers, David R. Dykes (Penny) of Newburgh, Ind., Phillip Baldwin (Donita) of Dupo, Ill., Kenny Dykes (Mary), and Jimmy Dykes (Donna), all of Marine, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 1, at 1 p.m. at Lakeland Funeral Home and Cremation services in Eddyville, with the Rev. Bill Taylor officiating.
Burial will follow in Glenn Chapel Cemetery in Lyon County.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to the service time Saturday, Feb. 1, at the funeral home.
