Thelma Ann Duncan Watkins, 81, of Eddyville, and formerly of “Between the Rivers,” died Friday, Jan. 24, 2020, at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.
A daughter of the late Russell Warren Duncan and Mary Anne Gilihan Duncan, she was a member of Eddyville Second Baptist Church and was retired from Walmart following 27 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Watkins; and a brother, Doug Duncan.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Carla and Darrell Walker of Paducah; two sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Sandy Stovall of Kuttawa, and Rusty and Loraine Stovall of Olathe, Kan.; seven grandchildren, Amber Holley and husband Jeremy, Chaney Walker, Kennedy Walker, Blake Stovall, Tim Walker, Chad McGregor and Torri Paige; several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Arletta Howard and husband Kenneth of Owenton, and Joyce Walker of Central City; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 29, at 1 p.m. at Lakeland Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Eddyville, with the Rev. Ronnie Fox officiating.
Burial will follow in Dixon Cemetery in Grand Rivers.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to the service time Wednesday, Jan. 29, at the funeral home.
